Sh. Rakesh Kumar Goyal joined as Member of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab on 23rd December, 2022. He is an IRS Officer of 1989 batch. He graduated from Jagraon and passed LL.B. & LL.M. from Panjab University Campus Chandigarh. He served as an IRS Officer in Chandigarh and the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, MP, Maharashtra, UP and West Bengal at various important positions. He has served as Zonal Director Narcotics Control Bureau, Chandigarh for more than five years looking after the states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh with additional Charge of J&K also. He wrote books on NDPS Act in Punjabi, Hindi and English while working as Zonal Director, NCB at Chandigarh. He was appointed TIWB by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for Seychelles in 2018 and worked till superannuation.

Sh. Balbir Singh, District and Sessions Judge (Retd.) is the Adjudicating Officer of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab. He did his law from Panjab University, Chandigarh and took up practice as an advocate in District Court, Ludhiana. He got selected in Haryana Judicial Services and served as Civil Judge/Judicial Magistrate, Ambala and subsequently, in the year 1989, he was selected in Punjab Civil Services (Judicial Branch) and joined at Amritsar. He also served as Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI Punjab, Patiala. He was promoted as Additional District and Sessions Judge in the year 2001 and also served as Special Judge, CBI, Patiala. He also served Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court. He served as District & Sessions Judge, Sangrur and thereafter as District and Sessions Judge, Chandigarh till his superannuation in June 2019.

Sh. Charandev Singh Maan, PCS (Retd.) is the Secretary of Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab. He has worked with the Government of Punjab in various capacities. He retired as Additional Secretary to Govt. of Punjab. He is a Commerce and Law Graduate. He has received many appreciation letters including the one from Government of Punjab for his outstanding work in the Department of Revenue for preparing "Misl Haquiat" and another State level Special Award for Best Electoral Practices by Election Commission of India. He has also performed duties as Observer with Election Commission of India and has also served as Sr. Administrative Officer in PGIMER, Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare for one year. After retirement he was re-employed by Government of Punjab as Managing Director, The Punjab State Cooperative Agricultural Development Bank Ltd., Chandigarh.
